On a acheté des billets pour l’événement « Les sens et le Goût », organisé par le magazine « Allt OM Mat » (= tout sur la nourriture). Urban est au travail au Danemark alors j’emmène Anna avec moi. Anna études le programme .. qu’est-ce qui se passera au cours de la soirée ..?
Have bought tickets to the event “Minds & Taste” organizer by the magazine “Allt Om Mat” (= All about food). Urban is on job in Denmark so I take Anna with me instead. Anna studies the program.. what will happen during the evening .. ?

Il y a beaucoup de monde, mais parfois nous réussissons à faire notre chemin pour obtenir un goût de quelque chose - ce saumon avec un goût d’une touche asiatique est absolument délicieux.
There are many people there but sometimes we manage to make our way to get a taste of something - this salmon with Asian touch tasted absolutely delicious.

Här serverades smaskiga småtugg som oliver och små droppformade chili som smakade fantastiskt gott utan att vara speciellt starka.
Ici on servit des mise-en-bouche délicieux comme les olives et petit piment en forme des gouttes qui avait incroyable bon goût sans être particulièrement forte.
Here they served yummy aperitif as olives and small teardrop-shaped chili that tasted amazingly good without being particularly strong.

Förrättens lax smakade fantastiskt gott! Kanske en aningen för mycket fänkål i botten som tog död på smaklökarna så att vinet inte smakade så mycket mer än..fänkål!
Le saumon de l’entrée a un goût absolument délicieux ! Peut-être un peu trop de fenouil dans le fond qui a tué les papilles afin que le vin ne goûte pas tellement plus que...le fenouil !
The starter with the salmon tasted absolutely delicious ! Maybe a bit too much fennel in the bottom that killed the taste buds so that the wine didn’t taste so much more than .. fennel !

Huvudrätten är en smakrik risotto med Bjärekycklingbröst. Är inte så imponerad av kycklingen. Tycker den får lite skumgummiaktig konsistens som ger mig en känsla av skolbespisning.
Le plat principal est un risotto savoureux avec le poulet blanc. Je ne suis pas impressionné par le poulet. Je trouve que la texture est un peu comme du caoutchouc mousse qui me donne un sentiment de repas scolaires, dans la cantine...
The main dish is a flavorful risotto with Chicken Breast. I’m not that impressed with the chicken. It has a little foam rubber-like texture that gives me a sense of school meals.
Niklas Ekstedt visar hur man gör en god kaninpaté som vi får smaka i pausen. Den är riktigt god! Han visar oss också syrad kål som är otroligt vacker i sin röda färg.

Sen kommer efterrätten in. Vacker att se på men rätt alldaglig smak. Har jag blivit för smak-kräsen?? Kanske.. varit på för många goa restauranger sen vi flyttade hit. Klockan är sen och vi smyger ut innan allt har helt tagit slut. På vägen ut får vi en stor goodiebag som verkligen är välfylld - den ger i alla fall valuta för pengarna!
Puis vient le dessert. Belle à regarder, mais tout à fait un goût ordinaire. Est-ce que je suis devenu trop pointilleux ? Peut-être .. j’ai été dans des nombreux bon restaurants depuis nous avons déménagé ici . Il est tard, et nous faufiler avant tout est complètement fini . En sortons, nous obtenons un grand sac de « goodies » qui est vraiment bourré - il donne de toute façon de la valeur pour l'argent!
Then comes the dessert. It looks beautiful but has a quite ordinary taste. Have I become too picky? Maybe .. I have been to so many good restaurants since we moved here. It is late, and we sneak out before everything has completely finished. On the way out, we get a great goodie bag that is really stuffed - it gives anyway value for money!
