Vi börjar dagen förstås med frukost på ett café. Frasiga croissanter och fancy cappuccino. Mmm!
Nous commençons bien sûr avec un petit déjeuner dans un café. Des croissants croustillants et un cappuccino de fantaisie. Mmm!

Vi går på konstutställning och även om det mesta känns lite som äkta Hötorgskonst hittar vi ändå några intressanta saker.
Nous allons à une exposition d'art. Bien que la plupart des œuvre d’arts sont plus comme de vrais kitsch nous trouvons néanmoins des choses intéressantes.

Foie gras på smördeg och en skiva äpple. Ytterligare något vi skulle vilja försöka göra hemma men då ska vi nog steka äppelskivorna mjuka först och flambera av med lite Calvados..
Foie gras sur pâte feuilletée et une tranche de pomme. Un autre chose que nous aimerions essayer de le faire à la maison mais nous allons probablement faire frire les tranches de pomme un peu tendre premierement et les flamber avec un peu de Calvados..

Sen två eclair. En med choklad och den andra ett otroligt verk som hette Eclair Façon Paris Brest. Osannolikt god!

Vi traskar vidare i regnet och går i galet dyra affärer som Le Printemps och Galerie Lafayette där det blir ”se men inte köpa”. Det blir till att roa oss med att stanna vid ett litet vattenhål istället. En öl till Urban och en varm choklad med Grand Marnier till Moni.
Nous continuons à flaner dans la pluie et nous allons aux magasins de luxe folles ; « Le Printemps » et les « Galeries Lafayette » où il devient «Regardez , mais ne pas acheter. " Au lieu d’acheter quelque chose nous nous amusons par nous installons à un petit point d'eau. Une bière à Urban et un chocolat chaud au Grand Marnier à Moni.

Tar oss sen tillbaka till hotellet och köper lite ”mellanmål” på Le Notre på vägen. Så där galet gott igen och ser på nätet att Le Nôtre finns i Stockholm!! Dit måste vi ta oss!

Dans la soirée, nous retournons à « Le Printemps » et nous rencontrons sandra, la collègue d’Urban, qui nous offre un verre de champagne au bar de « Le Printemps ». Supersympa et nous esperons que nous allons voir Sandra à Stockholm bientôt!
In the evening, we get back to “Le Printemps2 to meet Urban's colleague Sandra who offers us a glass of champagne at “Le Printemps” beautiful bar. Very nice indead and we do hope we will see Sandra in Stockholm soon!
På vägen tillbaka till hotellet slinker vi in på ett snabbmatsställe. Musslor i alla dess former och varianter står på menyn. Moni tog musslor med roquefort som var fantastiskt gott. Ännu ett tips att ta med sig hem till Svedala.
Sur le chemin du retour à l'hôtel, nous glissons dans un Restaurant de « Fast Food ». Des moules de toutes ses formes et variétés sont sur le menu . Moni a pris moules au roquefort qui était absolument délicieux. Un autre idé pour apporter à la maison.
On the way back to the hotel we slip in to a fast food place. Mussels in all its forms and varieties is on the menu. Moni took mussels with Roquefort which was absolutely delicious. Another idea to take home to Sweden.
