Vinprovning på Vinkällare Grappe/ Une dégustation à la Cave Grappe / A winetasting at the Wine celler Grappe

Så var det dags att utnyttja presentkortet från Monis födelsedag. Valet föll på en vinprovning i Carl-Jan Granqvist vinkällare för uthyrning.

Il était temps de profiter de la carte-cadeau d’anniversaire de Moni. Le choix est tombé sur une dégustation de vins dans la cave à louer de Carl-Jan Granqvist.

It was time to take advantage of the gift card from Monis birthday. The choice fell on a wine tasting in the cellar for rent of Carl-Jan Granqvist.

Tyvärr gick provningen för fort. Someliern stressade igenom de fyra röda vinerna vilket gjorde att det blev kaos bland smaklökarna och hjärnbarken så vi blev inte mycket klokare efter detta. Lite synd.

Malheureusement, la dégustation est passé trop vite. La somelier a stressé travers les quatre vins rouges, ce qui a abouti qu'il y avait le chaos parmi les papilles et le cortex ce que nous n'étions pas beaucoup plus sage après cela. Un peu dommage..

Unfortunately, the testing went too fast. The somelier was rushing through the four red wines, which meant that there was chaos among the taste buds and the cortex so we were not much wiser after this. That was a pity.

Men intressant att få en rundvandring i lokalerna.

Mais intéressant de faire le tour des locals.

But interesting to get a tour of the premises.

Skulle mycket väl kunna tänka mig att hyra en liten minihylla för att få tillgång till alla deras aktiviteter.

Pourrait très bien imaginer de louer une mini-tablette pour accéder à leurs activités.

Could well imagine renting a mini shelf to get access to all their activities.

Väl hemma gjorde vi en god kvällsmat med bland annat blomkålspuré med parmesan. Riktigt gott och ett trevligt slut på denna lördag.

Une fois à la maison, nous avons fait un bon souper, y compris entre autre le chou-fleur en purée avec du parmesan. Vraiment bon et une belle fin pour ce samedi.

Once at home, we made a good supper including cauliflower purée with parmesan. Really good and a nice end to this Saturday.
