..blanda upp pulvret med vattnet och för att få ett fint skum på ytan. Dessvärre var jag lite långsam med kameran så de finaste bubblorna I skummet hann försvinna.

Till téet serveras speciella små små kaklikande och sockersöta små bitar. Det blir en härlig contrast mellan det bittra och det söta. Matcha är alltid gott! Tur vi fick med oss lite från Japan!
Avec le thé, les petits morceaux special, doux et sucre sont servis. Ce sera un beau contraste entre l'amer et le sucré. Matcha est toujours bon! Heureusement, nous avons apporté un peu du Japon!
With the tea you serve special tiny little cake-like small pieces, sugary and sweet. It gives a lovely contrast between the bitter and the sweet. Matcha is always good! Luckily, we got some with us from Japan!
