En lite sen uppdatering men december är full av aktiviteter, både på jobb och privat.. 16:e december fick en julklapp i förväg av Magne och Sussie; en Amarone-provning på Terreno. Vi välkomnas av lite bubbel och varma ungnsbakade oliver som smakar fantastiskt efter att ha kommit in från kylan.
Une petite mise à jour un peu en retard mais le décembre est plein d'activités, à la fois sur l'emploi et le privé.. Le 16 décembre nous avons reçu un cadeau de Noël en avance de Magne et Susie; une dégustation du vin Amarone chez la Vinotèque Terreno. Nous sommes accueillis par un verre de crémant et quelques olives chuds cuit au four avec un goût étonnant après venant du froid..
A little late update but December is full of activities, both on the job and private.. December the 16 we received a Christmas present in advance of Magne and Sussie; a winetasting of Amarone at Terreno wine bar. We are welcomed by some bubbly wine and hot baked olives that taste amazingly good after coming in from the cold.
När vi sätter oss till bords är allt uppdukat och vi känner oss förväntansfulla att få lukta och smaka på alla vinerna. Vår vinguide lotsar oss genom de olika vinerna och han, plus de övriga i sällskapet, får oss att känna och upptäcka ett stort spektra av dofter och smaker.
Lorsque nous nous asseyons à la table tous sont mis sur la table et nous sommes ravis d’aller explorer l'odeur et le goût de tous les vins. Efter att vi smakat oss igenom alla vinerna får vi en trevlig bricka med småtugg som ger oss ännu en dimension av vinerna. Nu upptäcker man verkligen hur viktigt vinvalet är till maten!
Après nous avons goûté à travers tous les vins nous obtenons un bon plateau de mise-en-bouche qui nous donne encore une autre dimension des vins. Maintenant nous vraiment découvrir l'importance de choix de vin avec la nourriture!
After we tasted our way through all the wines we get a nice tray of starters which gives us yet another dimension of the wines. Now we really discover how important the choice of the wine to the food is!
